This project entailed the combination of two adjacent 1-bedroom apartments near Sutton Place in Manhattan. To supplement the existing formal Living Room and Dining Room, the owners were able to add a new Library, Office, two full Baths and Laundry. The integration of traditional and modern detailing makes the unification of the spaces updated and seamless.
